CARAMEL AND CITRUS
Kona coffee is a world famous coffee that is grown exclusively on the slopes of two volcanoes on the Big Island (Mauna Loa and Hualalai). The porous, mineral-rich volcanic soil, combined with often sunny mornings but cloudy or rainy afternoons, little wind and mild nights, give Big Island coffee a unique flavour.
The Cornwell Farm, where this coffee comes from, is located at an altitude of 1,500 metres, in the middle of the so-called Kona Coffee Belt. Coffee has been grown here since the 1930s.
Kona is a unique coffee, thanks to the perfect growing conditions and special ways of processing the beans.
The preservation of taste and aroma is ensured by packaging in an inert protective atmosphere.
