Ara Organic Brasil, 100% Arabica coffee beans.
Ara Organic comes from Fazenda Dutra, a family-run farm located in São João do Manhuaçu, 300 kilometres inland on Brazil's east coast, owned and managed by the two brothers Ednilson and Walter. Their father started the business in the 1950s with one hectare, later acquiring a second and a third hectare with the company's profits, until it reached an area of over 1100 hectares. In September 1999, Jose died and left the company to his sons Walter and Ednilson, who take their responsibility to their family and their father's legacy very seriously.
Medium roast. The roast profile designed for this medium roast coffee gives the cup clear fragrances and an inviting aroma.
