These crepes, a tasty variation of the more traditional crepes, are the ideal dessert to accompany an energetic and mouth-watering breakfast or for a tasty snack! Let's see together all the steps to prepare coffee crepes.
What are the ingredients for making delicious coffee crepes?
Ingredients for about 7-8 crepes
- Whole milk 400 g
- Flour 00 350 g
- Mocha coffee 100 g
- Eggs 3
- Fine salt 1 pinch
- Butter to grease the crepe pan
Let's find out how to make coffee crepes together
Break the eggs into a bowl, add the milk and coffee and stir with a whisk to mix everything together.
We must obtain a thick, homogeneous batter without lumps.
Cover with cling film and leave in the fridge for about half an hour.
Now heat a crepe pan or non-stick frying pan on the cooker, grease it with a knob of butter and pour in a ladle of dough. Swirl the pan so that the mixture is evenly distributed and cook for about one minute.
When the classic bubbles form on the surface and the edges come off, turn them over and cook them on the other side for about half a minute.
We continue in this way until all the crepes are cooked. We serve them nice and warm with spreads or jam!
