What are the ingredients to make an exquisite coffee pudding?
- 400 g whole or skimmed milk
- 100 g Ground coffee Salvador Caffè Corsini
- 50 g Maizena
- 50 g Sugar
Let's find out together how to make coffee pudding.
In a small saucepan, pour the milk and add the sugar.
In the meantime, prepare the moka (2-3 cups) and wait until the coffee is ready.
We add the coffee, last of all the cornflour, then stir well with a whisk.
Bring the saucepan onto the heat and continue stirring until the mixture becomes thick and creamy.
Then we take a pudding mould or single-portion moulds and pour the mixture inside.
Leave to harden in the refrigerator for about 3-4 hours.
Serve with a sprinkling of bitter cocoa powder.
