Coffee panna cotta without gelatine
Quick, easy and delicious, they are perfect for cheering up family time and delighting friends with taste.Today we have chosen panna cotta because it is a dessert that everyone really likes. Not only adults but also children appreciate it in its many variations: with chocolate, berries, caramel, etc..
We propose it with coffee and, as you will see, we have chosen to make it with our decaffeinated coffee so that we can also offer it to the little ones!
Let's look together at the ingredients for this delicious dessert, ideal for an afternoon snack and on hot spring and summer days.
Ingredients for 5/6 cups
- 50 g corn starch (cornflour)
- 50 g sugar
- 450 g liquid fresh cream
- 1 cup of deca Corsini coffee
1. Combine sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan and stir with a whisk.2. Add cream, coffee and continue stirring to avoid lumps.

3. Transfer the saucepan to the stove and cook over a low flame for about 8-10 minutes while continuing to stir with a whisk.
4. Now take some panna cotta moulds and pour the mixture into them. With these doses, about 5-6 servings will be obtained.
5. Let it firm up in the fridge for about 3-4 hours. We can serve with a sprinkling of bitter cocoa powder and/or coffee beans.
In the preparation we used our decaffeinated ground coffee, for a perfect dessert for young and old!
Alternatively, we can certainly recommend our Guatemala, a full-bodied coffee with floral notes, citrus nuances and hints of chocolate will give your panna cotta a very pleasant taste.
Our Colombia coffee, with its hints of walnut and caramel, and our Aromatico e Cremoso coffee, with its notes of caramel and vanilla, are also perfect.
