SHG (Strictly High Grown) means that it is cultivated at an altitude of over 1200 metres: the higher the altitude, the better the quality.
Single origin carefully selected and artfully roasted to offer the best quality.
The medium roasting gives the cup notes of honey and chocolate.
Preservation of taste and aroma is ensured by packaging in an inert protective atmosphere.

LIGHT AND FRAGRANT
Salvadoran coffee is typical of Central America.
It is a coffee with a light body, aromatic, fragrant, slightly sweet, very balanced and with low acidity.
The best is called 'SHG' (Strictly High Grown) and means that it is cultivated at an altitude above 1,200 metres.
As in Guatemala and Costa Rica, coffee is classified according to the altitude of the plantations: the higher the altitude, the better the quality.
