2. Spread the base in a cake tin and press down firmly. Leave to cool in the fridge for 30 minutes.
3. For the cream, pour the cheese, mascarpone, sugar, instant coffee and cream into the mixing bowl.
4. Mix: 30 seconds / speed 5.
5. Pour onto the base and level. Leave to rest in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
