RETURNS

The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal for any reason, without the need to give reasons and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Seller by sending an e-mail to customercare@caffecorsini.com specifying that they wish to withdraw from the purchase. The e-mail must indicate:- as subject: "Return order no.___________");- the Consumer's name, surname and address;- the order number;- the date of receipt of the goods;- the express declaration of wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal with reference to the order number indicated in the communication.In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the Customer to send the communication for the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the relevant period.The Customer is requested to send the goods back to the Vendor at the address Corsino Corsini s.r.l, via del Sembolino, 62-64, 52041, Badia al Pino (AR), without undue delay and in any case within 21 days from the day of the communication of withdrawal from this contract. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the Customer returns the goods before the expiry of the 21-day period. The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer.

In the case of returns due to products that, upon delivery, are different from those not ordered, different from those resulting from the transport document, or contained in packaging that is not intact or altered, the customer shall take back the goods subject to express control and promptly inform the seller by email at customercare@caffecorsini.com specifying the findings.
